Lainie brings years of successful entrepreneurship to her work as a REALTOR®.  She’s run a deli, a coffee shop, a nightclub, a catering business, and opened and managed numerous retail shops!

She and her husband Eric remodel and manage their own income properties, so she’s become skillful at contract negotiation and meeting deadlines.  These experiences serve her well in working with clients looking to purchase a home or income property.

Lainie attended the Seattle Institute of Art and as an alumnus of the University of Washington, majoring in marketing, she is well prepared to advertise and market her seller’s homes.

Lainie is a practicing eco-realtor and enjoys coaching and supporting her clients in green and sustainable homeowner practices.

She loves to cook for her family and friends, and is a world traveler having recently returned from a trip to Egypt and Jordan.  She is a member of the East Bay Women’s Council of REALTORS® and currently serves as secretary.
